The network utilizes the 800 MHZ frequency band and will cover the capital of Beijing and the north regions of China. The Chinese Mobitex operator is initially focusing on Mobile Internet services for stock trading and messaging, as well as high-revenue vertical markets for remote control, such as point-of-sale, telemetry, logistics and public safety.
