CooperNet (Cooperativa Nacional de Transmissão de Dados Ltd) is organized as a cooperative in which UNT acts as the operating company. UNT is a new Mobitex operator. The company is situated in Rio de Janeiro and their network covers the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba.

The system operates on the 900 MHz frequency band and is mainly used for POS, EFT (Electric Funds Transfer) and credit information.
